Whole-Home Renovation + Kitchen Reconstruction
A whole-home renovation organized around the client’s vision, with kitchen reconstruction, material pickup, trade coordination, construction, flooring, and daily project execution.
The project goal
Renovate the home and reconstruct the kitchen around the client’s vision.
Built By Alvarez handled material pickup, coordination, construction, and day-to-day project execution. The homeowner traveled twice during the renovation and trusted the team to keep the work moving while away.
The work
Open walls, cabinetry, flooring, and the daily coordination between them.
The process is shown selectively—enough to establish the scale of the renovation without turning the page into a construction log.
The result
Finished kitchen and living spaces, shown as one connected renovation.
The project story moves from demolition and open-wall work through cabinetry and flooring to the finished kitchen and connected living spaces.
Client trust
The homeowner left town twice and trusted the team to continue the work.
The owner reports the client was very satisfied with the completed transformation.
